I'm currently trying to copy the Dwarf build that is overpowered and ruining the game for all other builds. I already see almost no other characters being played (except evasion mages) because dwarfs are the most cheap and easy win.

I don't think they have to nerf the dwarf...I think they should improve the initial stat when creating each race: Dwarf: 9-7-7-7, Elves: 7-7-7 ( here there is a problem) ...should add at least 2 points to "Dexterity", it would look like this: 7-9-7. I don't think it's the dwarf build neither the items that are the issue.
You can make a somewhat annoying hiding build with a high DC to not be discovered.
After enough fights with the same opponents I started noticing things which just are not quite right. Repeated 90% odd, sometimes 100% success rates on initiative rolls and perception rolls. Even at 50/50, which they aren't more 40/60, it's a little fishy.

Can you please share with me some match URLs of those Dwarf builds, so that we can take a look at the battle records and see if they're having an unfair advantage over others? You can grab them via the Data Explorer or Battle Records on the Fyx website.

I am no longer playing the game but there is one character by the name of, Machete, that I suggest you check out/investigate because he is dominating everyone/Me and has been queuing constantly for days. I can't seem to have a match against anyone else and he will no doubt be scaring off new players. As a result I also notice almost all of the rare weapons on marketplace are from the same sellers, and asking rather high prices. 
I won't be playing the game until I believe its more balanced so the problem is in your hands, if you deem there is a problem at all.

Llewellyn Dean: thank you for the great follow up! We agree that having more experienced players constantly sitting in the queue is driving new players away, so we've already taken steps to address this.
We'll be releasing a new campaign soon with 3 more Dungeon levels and 1 higher rank PvP. Players with high level gear will not be able to enter the first PvP arena after leveling up, and new players will not be able to reach the second arena before they've passed the 3 Dungeon levels and are strong enough to play against the pros. We hope that by separating players into two groups like this, we'll significantly reduce the instances of overpowered players dominating the queue.
We're also in the process of making a few changes to matchmaking that will make it almost impossible for someone to get matched with someone that's way more better equipped if they both happen to be queueing in the same PvP.

Valeria Boikova: Please make sure these new dungeon levels will give RARE items. New players are at a huge disadvantage right now, and I see some of them that don't even have basic armor. There is no way for new players to get rare items right now, other than to pay for them on the market, and a lot of those items are overpriced.

I guarantee you this is scaring away new players because it's no fun to get demolished by players with advanced builds and every rare item possible.

Tan Kok Hui: Orc war chief and even doppleganger used to drop 6% rare items. When I was new to the game and I was testing different builds, I played OWC dozens and dozens of times, and I definitely got a decent amount of rare items from that.

D Cameron: can't grind with doppel anymore since new update made the monster OP.. from 11 HP to 27 with 16 evasion stats.. not fun anymore.. killing newbies like me..

Jedo Leo: When I'm leveling up a new player I just keep playing Ogre until I'm up to over 6k XP so that I don't have to bother with doppel to get to level 6. I do the same with orc war chief up to about 15k XP and that lets me bypass the PvP so that I can get my new fighter up to level 9 and finish him on snow mountain
