PvP screen freeze on rolling at start when using Shadowy

In PvP screen gets stuck on rolling and you cannot complete any actions, cannot forfeit only option is to quit. This has happened to me 3-4 times and I have only played a few matches I think 25% of matches this has happened.

If you are, can you share with me some screenshots, and the exact time in your timezone ( hour:minutes:seconds ) that this issue occurs so we can check in our system?
A URL for the battle where this occured will also help us figure out what went wrong.

Apparently Shadowy causes it. Please fix this CRITCAL bug ASAP because it loses us money 100% guaranteed!
