There's nowhere I can find an explanation to the "Demoralized" debuff. It should say what kind of "disadvantage" the enemy has if you apply it.

Valeria Boikova:  I knew about that! It just feels strange to me to have some skills explained in-game, and some other skills only explained on the website. Many users don't really use wiki's or guides, but instead they learn in-game. 
As the game has a "tutorial" system, where you get explained the basics, and then you can see some explanation of the skills on the skill tree, one may think all the information is in-game, which is not! 
I am thinking now on kind of a Glossary in-game where you can search all terms and see it's specific info. Will upvote any suggestions about it or create a new one :)
