Please check your SPAM folder or search your inbox for an email titled FYX Email Verification. Depending on your email provider, you might need to tap on ‘view all emails’ or to search for the email manually.

If you cannot find the email and it is not in your spam folder, please try to sign up again using the same email. If you are getting an error saying the account already exists, try to sign in. You'll be asked if you want to reset the verification link.
