No Snow dungeon option

Managed to level up to 8 doing PVP since its the only way to open snow dubgeon
However, theres no option to go to the 2nd dungeon (snow dungeon), now i cant attack last 3 mobs of forest dungeon sincey level is high.
So does this mean that the only option for me is to join pvp arena 2? The last option is to deposit funds just to play the game? 😑

Have a character in a similar situation. Leveled up to 8 by farming warchief. Thought it was enough to open snow dungeon, but it wasn't and now I can't level anymore because warchief is too low.
