Allow higher melt rate for uncommon and rare items to attract new players and improve economy. However, they need to buy characters/etc to play and earn (benefit developers). Currently, melt rate is too low to be attractive and PvP isn't a good revenue stream due to waiting time and quite the risk of losing.
