How to unlock the snow dungeon?

Im already level 7 and finished the Forest dungeon but the snow dungeon is locked

Got this problem. Managed to level up to 8 through PVP, but no option to go to snow dungeon. Cannot attack 1st dungeon now since mobs level arw lower

Yeah, it's weird. You have to play PvP to get up to Level 8, then you can play in the snow dungeons again to finish getting to level 10
