How does the update to the Precise skill work?
On the August 2021 update, an update states that Precise Heavy weapons are supposed to have 3x damage. I am not seeing this but would like the team to clarify how this is supposed to work.

Please clarify the new HP calculation
How is HP supposed to be calculated after the latest update in August 2021? Before seems as if characters had more, seems the new one (1d4 per level) is much lower. Would love for the team to confirm.
