Can't creating new fighter

No opponent in dungeons
As required I installed the latest version 21.27.24 I created a new fighter. was able to find an opponent in the dungeon for level 1,2,3 and 4 and I'm tuck now in level 5. Please take into account that i used some items I won before this version. What should I do? All my fighters cannot find any opponents in the arena as well. I cant seem to get exps in a battle in dungeons, Im lvl 2 and doesnt recieve any exp on won fights
